Organization Mission

The mission of the NJCU Center for the Arts is to be a cultural hub of North Jersey, presenting performing arts and multi disciplinary work including music, dance, theater, comedy, lecture, poetry and spoken word, literary arts, visual arts and film. We are an incubator for new work and engage the community through making art, as well as presenting an educational series of programs for elementary, middle and high school students. We champion skill building in the arts across generations through workshops, masterclasses and artist residencies.
